Enoxolone (18β-Glycyrrhetinic acid)

Sino Vital Enoxolone, or Glycyrrhetinic acid, is an ≥98% purity-extract obtained from the roots of the licorice plant Glycyrrhiza glabra. Well-known in traditional Chinese medicine, it is a pentacyclic triterpenoid with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and hepatoprotective properties.

  • Topical antioxidative, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action
  • Preserves the levels of hyaluronic acid and elastin by inhibiting the activity of some hyaluronidase-responsible enzymes
  • Protects the skin from UV-induced photoaging
  • Improves skin tone and reduces hyperpigmentation

Berberine HCl

Berberine is a type of alkaloid, a bioactive compound that can be extracted from several plants, such as the shrub called Berberis aristata, source of our Sino Vital Berberine HCl ≥97%. Berberine has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine and among its most well-renowed properties we can list:

  • Metabolism regulation
  • Blood sugar lowering
  • Cholesterol control
  • Weight management

Spermidine Trihydrochloride

Spermidine trihydrochloride is a polyamine naturally present in the body known as an activator of autophagy, as well as for its antioxidant properties, which help neutralize harmful free radicals and reduce oxidative damage in cells.

  • Antioxidant & anti-inflammatory
  • Improves autophagy and prevents stem cell senescence
  • Promotes hair growth
  • Improves proteostasis & cell metabolism; stabilizes cell membranes

Bromelain is a mixture of  proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes extracted from the stems of pineapples (Ananas comosus), mainly produced in India. While pineapples digestive properties are well know all over the globe, bromelain is promoted as a dietary supplement for being easily absorbable in the body without losing its proteolytic activity and anti-inflammatory properties. Furthermore, bromelain has a beneficial effect on the deregulation of lipid metabolism by high-fat diet in the liver by modulating multiple metabolic pathways.

  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Digestion & absorption of proteins
  • Weight management
  • Liver health

Vegan Collagen

Sino Vital® Vegan Collagen is a complex of proteins isolated from rice, cabbage and carrots, often used as an alternative to whey and soy proteins. Its amino-acidic profile is complete and designed to emulate that of animal-sourced collagen.
Plus, the high nitrogen solubility index (NSI) of Sino Vital® Vegan Collagen makes it suitable for use in protein drinks and liquid food supplements.

  • Excellent amino acid profile
  • Protein conten ≥80%
  • Pleasant-to-neutral taste and odor
  • Good water solublity

Alpha-Lipoic Acid (Solvent Free)

Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a naturally occurring compound found in every cell of the body. It’s a potent antioxidant that plays a crucial role in energy production and cellular health. Both water- and fat-soluble, it is synthesized in small amounts by the body but also found in foods such as spinach, broccoli and potatoes.

ALA is often included in dietary supplements aimed at boosting overall health, particularly in managing blood sugars and enhancing general health. Due to its antioxidant properties, it is used in anti-aging skincare products to protect the skin from environmental damage and improve skin texture.

  • Energy Production: helps to convert glucose into energy
  • Antioxidant: neutralizes free radicals and reduces oxidative stres
  • Blood Sugar Control: can improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar levels
  • Good water solublity

Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ)

Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is a cofactor use by a lot of redox enzymes, especially those related to energy production. It is naturally produces by some bacteria and found in soil, from which is absorbed by plants; as such, it’s available in a variety of vegetable foods, including spinach, kiwi or soybeans.

In food supplements, besides being an extremely powerful antioxidant agent, PQQ raises the mitochondria activity, boosting energy and reducing stress. Studies have also shown PQQ exerting nootropic activities by increasing the blood flow to the cerebral cortex, thus boosting memory and attention span.

  • Powerful antioxidant action
  • Improved mitochondrial functions
  • Nootropic activities

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA)

Palmitoylethanolamide, or simply PEA, is an endocannabinoid-like lipid mediator with extensively documented therapeutic benefits for many applications, with notable anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immunomodulatory. Recent studies are focusing on PEA’s neuroprotective effects and prevention and long-term management of various neuroinflammatory conditions. Synthesized upon request within the lipid bilayer, it acts locally and is found in all tissues, including the brain.

  • Immunity, antibacterial activities, modulation of gut-derived immunity
  • Brain health, neuroinflammation dampening
  • Regulation of behavior, mood, cognition & sleep
  • Pain modulation in muscle recovery, joint health and menstrual discomfort
  • Modulation of the Gut–Brain Axis
